We are looking for property owners who want to participate in this regional project by rehabilitating their properties for future sharing communities.

Property owners can participate actively by maintaining ownership of some of the homes that Convivalis would rent to people that match the sharing community.

Convivalis will guarantee the rental fees and future purchase of these homes with a mid-term call or repurchase option.

The owners also have the option to rent their property through Convivalis if they prefer to receive a secured income.
